Shipping Costs
Our shipping costs consist of a fixed base rate, plus a small surcharge for each additional item.
During checkout, all costs are clearly displayed so you will never encounter unexpected charges.
For orders outside the EU, customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected and is returned to us, a fee of €45 will be charged. This amount will be deducted from the refund of your order.
We strongly recommend collecting your package as soon as possible to avoid additional costs and ensure you can enjoy your order without delay.
Return Policy
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
We kindly ask you to return items in their original condition: unworn, undamaged, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will of course cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For secure processing, we only accept returns shipped via reliable courier services such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

Inspection of Returns
All returned items are carefully inspected once we receive them.
If an item does not meet the return conditions, we will contact you. In such cases, the refund may be adjusted or additional costs may apply.
